## Method
1. Combine **soy**, **mirin**, **sake**, and **caster sugar** in a saucepan
2. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved and set it aside (this is the **glaze**)
4. Coat **chicken** in **cornflour**
5. Cook chicken in pan until browned
6. Add glaze to chicken and toss until thickened
7. Remove from heat and serve
