The **[[Operating Model Canvas]]** is a high-level framework (and eponymous book) published by [[Andrew Campbell]] that simplifies conceptualising and designing a business's [[Operating Model]] into six key areas represented by the acronym *POLISM*. ^about It is intended to be the short (1 to 10 page) document used for the 'blueprint-building' of a business's operating model that comes into play immediately after the [[Business Strategy]] and [[Business Model]].
